Nonprofits & cultural organizations

The technical and creative partners that make missions easier to carry.

Almonte Creative is the technical and creative partner behind nonprofits, arts organizations, foundations, education programs, and community institutions: websites and connected systems that help mission-driven teams grow with clarity, connection, and trust.

A website with every visitor thought about.

A donor. A student. A journalist. A parent. An artist. A funder. A volunteer. A board member. A first-time visitor discovering the organization today. We design a website that welcomes each of them, and that works for the team behind it: the people carrying programs, events, fundraising, newsletters, reporting, and community relationships at the same time.

Website design & development

Build around the work

Your programs, events, and campaigns grow more visible and more reusable as the organization grows: easier for people to share, for search engines to index, and for AI systems to interpret. The mechanics are simple: each program, event, initiative, artist, class, or resource that matters gets a permanent page of its own, so important information always has a home.

Search & findability

Help people find the mission

Good programs cannot help people who never discover them. We build foundations for organic search, local search, event discovery, AI answers, partner referrals, Google Ad Grants, and evergreen program visibility. This begins with clear pages and useful information, never keyword stuffing.

Connected systems

Fundraising should feel connected

The story someone reads and the donation they make are part of the same journey. We connect campaign pages, donation platforms, CRM, email, analytics, conversion tracking, and post-donation experiences, so the organization understands not only that someone gave, but what helped get them there.

Measurement & reporting

Make the numbers useful

Leadership should be able to ask: What brought people to us? Which programs are being discovered? Did that campaign generate registrations? What did the Ad Grant contribute? What changed this month? We build reporting around those questions.

Google Ad Grants

Eligible nonprofits can receive substantial in-kind Google Search advertising. But spending the grant is not the same as using it well. We connect the grant to search strategy, landing pages, conversion tracking, and ongoing optimization.

Technology should give small teams more capacity.

We look for practical opportunities to connect and simplify publishing, email, CRM, events, donations, reporting, and content workflows, including carefully scoped internal AI tools. The goal is not to make the system more sophisticated. The goal is to make the work easier.

Start with what you have. We will tell you what is worth keeping.
